Comandos from the Main Base and other delegate teams were present to offer first aid and crisis mediation between the public and riot police when an attempted revolt happened at the Quezaltepeque jail with over forty visiting family members stuck inside. The situation became tense as seen in this video presented by TCS noticias.  Patients were triaged and transported to surrounding hospitals. Luckily the situation was able to stabilize so as to prevent more injured or possible deaths.
