Sedated Female

A CDS EMS team was dispatched to help Xiomara E. due to suffering an unwanted dose of a heavy sedative that left her helpless near the 5th Calle Oriente and 10th Avenida Nortein the historic downtown of San Salvador. The 18 yo youth was transported to Rosales Hospital where they declined to offer her medical attention and preferred Comandos to monitor her at the base central Walk in Clinic. According to witnesses that called dispatch, the victim was dropped out of a car and abandoned along the sidewalk at around 6am on Sunday September 16th.  The patient stayed sedated for over 6 hours while CDS monitored her airway.
