Urban Search and Rescue was dispatched this morning to rescue two workers when they were building a retaining wall on Conchagua, Santa Elena, Antiguo Cuscatlán.

One of the workers was still alive when Comandos started to offer CPR and initiate rapid transport to a local Emergency Department while the body of 46yo Gregorio de Jesús Rivera was recovered.
