Comandos de Salvamento Lifeguards have intensified their work at the country’s various beaches and tourist centers in order to rescue domestic and foreign tourists who put their lives at risk by entering deep-water areas.
So far, Comandos de Salvamento Lifeguards have carried out thirty rescues, both simple and deep-water, in addition to warning vacationers about the danger of currents at the beaches, thereby preventing an increase in the number of deaths by drowning.
Therefore, Comandos de Salvamento continues urging vacationers to follow the recommendations and calls of the lifeguards from the various emergency-response organizations, whose sole aim is the well-being of the population and ensuring that they can return home.
