MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENTS ON THE RISE

This post is also available in: Spanish Norwegian Bokmål French Chinese (Simplified) Japanese

Nearly 30 people have lost their lives in motorcycle accidents so far this year.
Comandos de Salvamento responds to 10 motorcycle accidents daily in San Salvador.

Comandos de Salvamento responds to nearly ten injured motorcyclists daily in the metropolitan area, and this is concerning, since more than 600 accidents have been recorded so far this year, leaving nearly 30 people dead.

Comandos de Salvamento has had to double its efforts to provide coverage for motorcycle accidents, since on some occasions injured people do not wish to be transported to medical centers and ask to receive outpatient care, which creates an economic burden for the institution, as fuel and medications are used.

Currently, the number of people injured in motorcycle accidents exceeds half a hundred, from January through the first days of April of this year, which is why an urgent call must be made to motorcycle drivers to respect traffic laws and thus avoid further tragedies.

More than 500 people have been injured in motorcycle accidents.
Patients ask to be treated at the scene when their injuries are minor.
