COMANDOS EXPECTS GOOD RESULTS FROM MEETING WITH LAWMAKERS

Comandos de Salvamento met this week with the Lawmakers of the Finance and Special Budget Committee to seek an increase in funding for 2020.
The legislators of that parliamentary working committee committed to Comandos de Salvamento representatives to seek the necessary funds to recover the cut they suffered at the end of 2017, which continues to affect the volunteers’ ability to properly respond to the demand for emergency services.
Comandos de Salvamento remains hopeful that there will be good results following the meeting with the Lawmakers of the Finance and Special Budget Committee.
