MOTHER GIVES BIRTH IN A RAVINE

Comandos de Salvamento de El Salvador assisted a woman who was unable to reach the hospital and gave birth to her baby in a ravine in Cantón San José Cortez, del Pino.

The nine-months-pregnant woman felt labor pains and set out to be taken to a healthcare facility. However, along the way, the woman gave birth to her baby.

Rescuers from Comandos de Salvamento arrived to provide assistance. After checking the baby and the mother, they transported them to Hospital Molina so they could receive medical care.
