The incident occurred yesterday afternoon in Cantón Santa Lucia Segunda Zona, Ciudad Arce. His owners noticed that the canine had not returned during the night and began searching for him, locating him by his barking, which came from the bottom of a well approximately 25 meters deep that is no longer used by local residents.
