More than 250 people received a medical consultation from the Doctors of the Americas, who, together with Comandos de Salvamento de El Salvador, carried out a medical campaign in San Carlos Lempa, San Vicente.

The U.S. health professionals arrived in our country on Thursday night and, in the early hours, set out for San Carlos Lempa, where patients eagerly awaited their arrival, knowing that they would receive medicines free of charge.

The Doctors of the Americas, led by Dr. Andrew Badulak, provide consultations in several specialties and have modern ultrasound equipment, which was used for patients requiring this service.

A total of 267 patients were seen, including women, elderly people, and children suffering from various illnesses, whom the Doctors of the Americas examined to learn about their health problems.

This Saturday, Comandos de Salvamento de El Salvador and the Doctors of the Americas will travel to Lotificación Los Pampitas, in Aguilares, where they expect to provide medical relief to hundreds of people with limited financial resources.

Health professionals provided assistance to more than 200 people.
