FATHER AND SON INJURED IN TRAFFIC ACCIDENT

This morning, two people were injured after being victims of a traffic accident that occurred on Avenida Federal de Alemania and Calle Los Naranjos.

The road accident between a route 38-C bus and a vehicle left the occupants of the pickup truck with trauma to different parts of their bodies, so they were assisted by rescuers from Comandos de Salvamento de El Salvador.

According to one version from people who were at the scene, the vehicle driven by Orlando Ernesto López, 70, who was leaving Calle Los Naranjos, misjudged the distance and was struck by the bus traveling to Apopa.

The other injured person was identified as Carlos Ernesto López, 29. Both victims were admitted to the General Hospital of the Social Security Institute.
