FIRE CONSUMES 10 BUSES IN SOYAPANGO

Early Saturday morning, a fire destroyed nearly ten units of public transportation from routes 301 and 306 at a lot in Colonia Antekirta, where they were stored in Soyapango.

The fire destroyed the parked buses one by one, alarming nearby residents because of the flames.

Cuerpo de Bomberos de El Salvador, Comandos de Salvamento, Policía Nacional Civil and other emergency response teams arrived at the scene to control the incident, which lasted several hours.

So far, the causes of the fire are unknown.
