BUS CRASH IN CENTRAL SAN SALVADOR LEAVES PEOPLE INJURED

This afternoon, rescuers from Comandos de Salvamento assisted two women who were traveling as passengers on Route 29, which collided with another public-transport unit at 3rd Calle Oriente and 10th Avenida Norte, near the Ex Cuartel Handicrafts Market.

According to one of the drivers, the vehicle’s brake system failed and he was unable to stop, colliding with the other bus carrying the victims.

Volunteers from Comandos de Salvamento arrived to provide assistance, and both women were taken to Zacamil Hospital.
