TRIPLE ACCIDENT IN SAN MARCOS

Rescuers from Comandos de Salvamento and other emergency-response institutions assisted a woman who sustained injuries to her right lower limb as a result of a triple traffic accident recorded in front of the San Marcos Municipal Market, in the Zona Franca.

The victim was identified as 43-year-old Roxana Arévalo, who was traveling in one of the vehicles involved in the traffic accident. She was stabilized and transported to a medical center.

Meanwhile, on the Carretera Troncal del Norte, Comandos de Salvamento from Apopa assisted a motorcyclist who was struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Calle 5 de noviembre.

The victim had several injuries to his body and was taken to a hospital in the capital.

Rescuers from Comandos de Salvamento in Ilopango assisted a motorcyclist on the Carretera de Oro, who sustained injuries to his lower limbs and was taken to Hospital San Bartolo in Ilopango.
