EMT’s Ricardo Leiva y Manuel Juarez attended to 28 yo patient Julio Alberto Escobar Rivera near 73 Av. Nte y 3Calle Pte. According to witnesses, a microbus with plates mt88154 ran into Rivera who was on his motorcycle and had the right away.
