It was five-thirty in the morning on a cold Saturday, but the desire to improve themselves gives the 30 young volunteers of Comandos de Salvamento de El Salvador the strength necessary to face a new dawn.
Roberto Cruz, Executive Director of Comandos de Salvamento de El Salvador, is responsible for providing a series of exercises so that the rescuers can take part in the course taught at the Yolanda Elizabeth Ramírez School of Comandos de Salvamento.
The volunteers begin their warm-ups and then set out along Alameda Juan Pablo II to the Centros Comerciales area on bulevar de Los Héroes, descending along 29ª. Calle Poniente and concluding once again at the Comandos headquarters, at around 7 in the morning.
Roberto Cruz asks them to be strong in order to face the situations in every emergency in which they may participate.
The young people will conclude their training this September, where they will learn a series of maneuvers for responding to emergencies, serving as a stepping stone in each of their personal lives.
